Philips Airfryer XXL Digital - $408 + Shipping or Free with Market Club (Normally $649 + Shipping) @ Noel Leeming (The Market)

Original Coupon Deal

I do love my airfryer's and Philips are the best by far but they know it and the price is up there. I have had a few of the normal sized ones but been wanting the granddaddy size for a while but the price of $650-699 was to steep.

Well seems Philips is doing a deal at the moment to drop them to $450 - then add The Market 10% off code - and free shipping through The Market Club which I get with my Vodafone rewards - brings it down to a quite respectable $408.60 shipped. Thats cheaper than the smaller XL model is currently .

Well worth a look if you want to jump into the Airfryer world!

  • Great performer, just a little bulky and a painful to clean.
YMMV but I had to do it all over again, I’d probably go for a Breville unit, or perhaps a combination unit (no active deals <$700)

    • +2

i have the breville smart air fry oven and its the worst thing to clean in the world!

Air frying with it also takes a long time

oh no… guess I’m a sucker for advertising haha
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, sorry it’s a pain!

    • You ever used perforated baking paper to catch the oils?

AliExpress sells them, search "Air Fryer paper" but make sure you put stuff on it to weigh it down when it's turned on.

  • This is a great deal. Would be tempted if I didn’t already have one (was a gift). Mine is the previous XXL model from a couple of years ago. Use it daily, sometimes 2-3x daily. Definitely recommend! And personally prefer the basket type.

  • Thanks, great find. I've been looking for one of these for a while, finally bought one. Can't wait to try some chippies with it.

  • Just get the Ninja Foodie, please. It's 6L vs the Phillips 7.3L. I have tried a few air fryers but settled with the Foodie, with Saute, steam and pressure cook which are extra to this model.

    • Each to their own I guess, I have had a few different brands as have friends and family - and the Philips ones always seem to be the best, I bought one that did multiple things and had a rotisserie etc and it didnt really do any of the things very well.

  • +1

love my Phillips but I also got a $99 kmart one that does the job just as well for a fraction of the price. And I won't feel bad if it gets dirty or scratched, definitely recommend that if you're on a budget

  • I gifted my brother an Instant Pot duo crisp, which does a dozen or so other things including air fry.

It's a lot better than my basic philips airfryer [9216 esque type].

    Like, night and day.

Are the expensive philips one much better? I've tried the digital one a few times, doesn't seem THAT much better than the basic philips one, so I'd definitely get an instant pot one over any of these - $350 on sale ish.
