  • Seagate BarraCuda Q5 500GB NVME will be $78.99 at 9am

    • Still rocking an i5 2500k, no NVME, so glad sata is still sticking around :D

      • Time for an upgrade :O

Its fine for my purpose so no need to upgrade, would be nice though. Very stable overclock @ 4.5ghz for games I play and browsing.

          • @Foodie: I may need an upgrade soon, but so far my rig is doing its job fine (Core2 Q9650 lol) and yes there are bottlenecks everywhere with newer hard drives.

            • @The Hound: It's been so long that it will require an upgrade of everything. When my ram dies I might have no choice

      • Yessss 2500k gang!

        • Yatta! :D

  • Good purchase, $68 odd $ to South Island via Polipay (saves the 2% credit card charge)

QLC SSD with no DRAM, perfect for people who hate their data and want to write it as slowly as possible and risk it corrupting as fast as possible.

    • if it doesn't have DRAM then (profanity) it

    • +1

Buy depending on your use case then
