Having used Ceramic Heaters for a while this one looks decent for room/apt uses.

When using the Eco mode, the Dimplex 2000W 2kW Tall Ceramic Heater reduces power usage as the ambient temperature approaches the thermostat temperature. When the Movement Sensor mode is on, if there is no movement detected within 15 minutes, it switches straight to standby mode until it detects movement again. Prioritising safety, the heater features an overheat safety cut-out and a tip over switch. You won’t need to worry about leaving your heater on unattended or if it falls over.
