    • Great! Now you have 2 Alienware 510M gaming mice to sell.

    • Not sure they do value business. August? Was November a guess for me then? I don't trust a thing they say. The comment you got below is good though.

If you do not wish to wait for your order based on the revised estimated date of delivery, please reach out to our Customer service team who will be happy to assist you further.

I just got an email saying November 18th. No offer to contact customer service or anything so seems they have upped there game a bit. If I had that comment in my email I would be way more accepting of the delay as it points out you can contact them for options. They did just send me a second email to review the product I haven't received and since canceled the order.

      • +1

I just cancelled mine. Not worth the headache or the delay.

My line of customer service was:
Me: Inquiry of when computer was going into production.
Dell: Your order has been delayed. Order has been updated, delivery 18th Nov.

No explanation, no real apology, no compensation.

I ended building my own computer.

        • same. ended up cancelling mine as well and planning to build one in a few months hopefully when GPU prices go down. Trend seems to be going that way as of the moment. GPU stocks are looking good as well. Have been closely monitoring PBtech and they have 3080s in stock for 3 weeks now.
