Just some feedback on this, Bought this in November & it just died on me, only the backlight turns on, can't even get an OSD.
Tried to return it through the market, the actual retailer & the manufacturer and none of them are doing anything. I'd stay away from them, they've certainly lost me as a customer

Same issue with mine, also purchased in November.

My previous return experience with The Market was very easy. Just fill out an online form, then drop off the item at one of Warehouse Group's stores. I dropped mine off at Noel Leeming and received my refund a few weeks later.

Think that works for 30 day returns, but trying to get it sorted under warranty has been painful over the last 3 weeks, they just forward everything to the storefront and don't seem to be doing anything more than that, and I can't buy a replacement as it might just end up getting repaired.

The market is quite slow with emails, it took me approximately 1 month, along with several emails, to go from initial warranty inquiry to receiving a courier label.

          • @Pretendability: Thanks that's good to hear, maybe there is some hope for me, are they just replacing it or refunding?

            • @paratax: Unfortunately they don't make it clear, I was told the item would need to be "assessed further", followed by a 3 - 14 day "processing time" so I'd assume a refund?

I've been given a return label, but I was told I needed to make a return request on the website, which I can't do because the order is 'closed'. So I'm stuck waiting for an email response again.

              • @Pretendability: Bugger, well hope they refund us both, really don't trust this monitor anymore

          • @Pretendability: You've got to start throwing the CC and CGA bombs around

No, mine was a faulty item and used for a few months.

17 Dec 2020 - Requested for return and refund via website
          18 Dec 2020 - Dropped off item
29 Dec 2020 - Return approved and refunded the full amount

They did offer to have the item picked up by courier, but I was going to do some Christmas shopping anyway so I went and dropped it off.

    • Damn that's some bad luck… I bought mine in December, reading you guy's comments making me paranoid now haha

      Hope it gets sorted.
