I have both of the wood-handled Simon Gault cast iron pans, purchased on sale of course. They're really great for cooking, and I do almost all of my stovetop cooking in them. They're a nice weight, and while the handles get loose over time, it's a simple Philips screw at the end to tighten it back down.
