[PC] Detached VR NZ$1.39 (Or NZ$21.91 for 8 Games incl. Borderlands 2, Job Sim, Sairento) @ Humble Bundle

Can't say I have used site before but seems to be some legit deals for older games. I would jump on this but the lenovo explorer I got was a dud and no longer works.

  • The site is very much legit, it's owned by IGN and has been around for a long time.

This isn't correct — $1.39 only gets you 'Detached.' You need to pay $20.70 or more to get the other games.

Did you buy the Explorer from 1day deal? Couple of others also complained the Explorer got via 1Day died soon. Makes me wonder if they were some "special" stock.

1Day seems to get a lot of refurbed stuff, wouldnt be surprised

Yes that's the one. Issues from the start. I think it's a bad connection from cable to headset. Haven't contacted one day or lenovo. Doubt I would have much luck other than money back which will not go very far towards a new headset.

      • Don't let them get away with that. CGA their asses

Just FYI my explorer working fine, not a refurb.

          • @nachos: Believe mine was also new although I do recall when opening thinking the cable looked rough, like it wasn't packed right and had kinks. Would love a replacement or repair but can't see that happening.

          • @nachos: Likewise. The trigger on the right controller did get a little squeaky but that was soon fixed with some machine oil.
