  • Nice price for the device, a bit steep for a printer though !

  • Still waiting for a good laser deal, my old Brother mono laser is about to fall apart.

    • BW or color?

      • Would prefer color but BW is OK if it's a good deal and has auto duplex.

The problem is that the printer manufacturers are not offering cashback on low end lasers at the moment.

        • I think they are all cash-backed out after last year..

Will keep an eye out though.

https://www.cheapies.nz/node/2817/ Not sure what price range you were looking in.

        • @Shaw: Thanks, I'll check it out at one of the stores tomorrow as I can see it's quite large at around 20kgs.

Not laser but I ended up getting a 3620 Epson a few weeks back for 120ish after cash back. Then ordered refillable cartridges and 400ml pigment ink for another $45us. will be interesting to see how it goes.

Considering cartridges hold about 18ml and the 400ml (100ml each colour)was $30us delivered. Dye inks get even cheaper but you apparently get what you pay for once printing photos etc as far as quality of colour reproduction goes.
