  Buyer beware…. I suspect an enormous lack of customer service and parts support when the dryer fails.

    yes amazing price, terrible company. I'd recommend using paypal as added insurance if the dryer doesn't show.

        I'm terribly disappointed in this development. MightyApe have been such a good company to deal with, and I'm expecting the same slide into mediocrity as DSE went through.

          @jaknz: Hopefully Kogan will establish a proper NZ base here at the Mightyape HQ and warehouse, but don't take my word for it…

  Parts will probably be fine, most of the higher end Kogan branded items are usually last generation Samsung with minor casing changes. They must have a good relationship with them.

  Like all of their monitors, and this dryer looks to be as well. I'm guessing they get them cheap and take all warranty ownership.

  But customer support and getting them to fix it (as opposed to ordering the parts and fixing it yourself, or having a third party do it) will be pants.

  Awesome price, though. Alas I don't actually want/use/need a dryer.
