Good way to use accumulated Airpoints.

Airpoints Store is fairly overpriced IMHO, but the stuff they sell is good quality.

    Coupon doesn't seem to work for me. I've tried adding several random items that aren't on the exclusion list (including skydiving, pants, and a gift card) and when I add the coupon it says "10% off your purchase with the Airpoints Store" but none of the items show any discount.

      can confirm that it does work, but not on all items. i added two items from the exact brand, same type of item, just two different sizes, one got the discount and other didnt (so i cant quite understand the logic of the discount here). that said, if you can somehow find the items that does get the discount, the discount does work.

        never mind. i take back what i said. for my specific case, the discount applied to all the items, but the code is only valid for only 1 item in the cart, the discount was simply applied to the most expensive item in my cart. Assume the code is not single use, maybe you can order 1 at a time? maybe there is an extended exclusions list too that im not aware of. tl;dr: the code does work, but maybe only one one item in the cart, and maybe there is an extended exclusions list.

          Unfortunately TnC states that "10% promo code is valid for one purchase on the Airpoints Store only" so I guess that means one item, rather than one purchase of several items.

    Best use of airpoints (beyond flights) is that you can pay for purchases at Mitre10 1:1. So find something you want on sale and buy it from Mitre10. Minimum purchase $75 from memory.

      Agree completely, this is such a good way to maximise the value if you're going to be shopping at M10 anyway.

        I tried too - no luck. It's obviously an exclusion but I couldn't find it excluded in the terms either.

    I was looking on getting the Sony-XM4 through airpoints… the discount applies successfullt. But man, 539 (with discount applied) is still very overpriced.
    I think I'll wait for the cheap ones that will show up in the marketplace thanks to PBTech S21 bundles.
