  this would, you just empty and refill. i have the little green and LOVE it i use mine for everything, rugs, carpet, couch. i have 3 kids and the mess is crazy its been one of my best buys ever!

These are absolute shit. Had 2 replacements, both would begin leaking after very minimal usage.
Would be vacuuming up baby shit or vomit and it would start ejecting it from the intake back onto the carpet, do not recommend.
