How do you order via mobile? The closest I know is going to the pub website and reserve tables but not food.
Does the order only appear during 5 - 6 pm?
I've not used it but I think you use their app https://nzvenueco.nz/the-nzvc-app/
I've seen QR codes on the tables at Craft, I guess you scan that during the process.

"We have QR codes on our table which you can scan and it will take you to a website where you are able to order food and get the % off if you ordered during the time frame"
