Hahaha! Oh Man! Thanks for the laugh!

This sounds like something you'd buy for your IT department for a prank secret santa gift. The recycled novelty T-shirt that also inevitably gets gifted would probably end up getting more use.

When somebody gives me a new computer to set up I spend most my time getting rid of this stuff.

    Windows Defender is enough lol

Thanks god!. I just bought WinZIp, Norton is next :P

  • Honestly I wouldn't install Norton or McAfee even if they are free :) I guess the days for "Premium" antivirus/malware is coming to an end.

  • Just get a 3 month trial of Bitdefender and keep rolling it over ever 3 months when it expires (yes it works).

  • Norton has had a well deserved bad reputation for many years. I used to make good money removing it from peoples new computers and installing what was usually free alternatives.

    • What free alternatives would you suggest? I've just rolled off a trial and looking for free options ;)

Assuming you're using any version of Windows from 7 up why not use the inbuilt antivirus. It's fine. And free. And already installed on your pc.

  • If i were to run AntiVirus it would be Eset norton background usage is way to high
