The Customer must ship the item back to us for any warranty claims.

The warranty claim can take up to 5 business days for repair and return. Any user data/passcode/icloud lock may delay the process.

I asked Sony for a price match via their website, and unfortunately it falls under one of their price match exclusions (no further explanation given).
I'm guessing this price range is the new retail. Happy with mine tho been using it heaps and got local warranty
Bought these for $377 from the market but multi device connectivity is very non responsive. I connected it to my work laptop (to answer calls on cisco phone) and connected it to my phone apple music. Started listening to songs on phone, then i make a call from laptop cisco, when im done with calling, it doesn't switch back to apple music. Sound stops coming on phone even if i manually start the music. I have to turn headphones off and then switch on again to fix. And then again same problem if i switch to laptop. So if u r buying for multi device connectivity dont buy these.
I'm looking to upgrade my bose qc2's but multi device support is must. Are these better than bose 700's?
Apparently the sound on these isn't great when it comes to quality and distribution of bass, but the noise cancellation is very good.
Best audiophile headphones are wired only not Bluetooth.Noise cancellation also lowers sound quality.For what they are and what they are designed to do they are best pair of earphones I have owned.For example if you have a fan in the background or heat pump , noise just disappears as does the neighbours lawnmower.
