Eclipse Hyper Snow Foam Cannon $34.99 (50% off) at Repco

70

Repco Eclipse Hyper snow foam cannon

Usually $70, now 50% off coming in at 34.99 in Repcos latest catalogue

These are an awesome tool to apply car wash or pre-wash to your car. I have one of these and they’re just as good as the big brand $150+ foam cannons

Along with being functional, they’re a heap of fun

Applying a snow foam pre-wash or car wash can aid in reducing the amount of swirls inflicted while washing by helping lift away surface dirt prior to contact washing

Haven’t seen these this cheap before, an incredible deal

  • Is this a one off or is it refillable?

    How long does it last?

    • Refillable, need to buy the foaming car wash separately to put inside though.

    • They are refillable, I've had mine for well over a year and it's still going great, although mine is not this brand I don't see why it would be any different.

Wonder how it compares to the aliexpress/banggood versions for $20-30. Wouldn't be surprised if they just slapped their label over the top of one of those products like they do with air compressors.

    • A lot of NZrs are quite surprised to hear their particular brand is the same as Aliexpress/made in the same place.
Same with TradeMe sellers who act as drop shippers, being local but not holding stock.

Then that makes this sale ok then. If anything happens to it it's easier to go to a store to sort whereas with Ali/Bang you'd either complain and may get another one sent and wait 2 weeks or just call it a loss. It's not always the case of slapping a label on, most times the ali sellers are selling the seconds of products so your getting an even worse product

      • Yep at this price it's buy local for sure.

      • Yes agree. At this price and location, might as well get it from Repco, otherwise you're better off looking elsewhere if they're charging anything near full retail price. Didn't know about the 'seconds of products' so thank you for that information.

    • I think they’re all same same really. I was looking at an Ali Express one when I was first buying one but the price was around $30 + $20ish shipping. On top of that, I needed to buy a Karcher adaptor which was going to be about another $20. At that point, I was looking to spend the same as retail here, and I’d be waiting weeks

One can only guess where you live in, the only city in NZ.

        hahahaha its quite annoying tho

  • FYI, you need to own a pressure washer/water blaster to use these

Thanks to this post, I browsed at the pressure washers on Repco and happen to catch a pricing error, got this one here for $69…What a bargain, they were very quick to change the price after i had collected, thank you!

Unreal! Congrats on the bargain bro!

Damn that's good. Cool that they didn't cancel the order like most stores would.

      • +1

Yes!, for this very reason I didn't want to post it in here until I had collected my order and by the time I got home, the price had been corrected. (Note: I purchased this online, collected and got home all within half-hour, this is how quick they changed the price)

  • Bought this one on a whim. Have a Nilfisk washer but it isn't even listed. Hmm

  • Can this be used with a hose with decent pressure or does it require a pressure washer?
