  • Does anyone know if Afterpay gets a commission from retailers, or do they make all their money from their 25% penalty fee?

    • Base fee + commission. PB Tech actually pass this cost on to the customer.

      • PB Tech has Oxipay rather than Afterpay (looks like a very similar business model), but yeah, it looks like PB levies a 3% surcharge when you select Oxipay.

        • PBTech uses Oxipay - fortnightly repayment, and LayBuy - weekly repayment.

      • Same for Trademe. Some sellers won't take Afterpay because of the fees, while others advertise that they accept Afterpay.

  • Do you have to use Afterday in order to use the voucher codes?

  • Bit disappointing that they changed the Mighty Ape deal to 35% (and disappointing range on top of that).
Bummer that a lot of these deals are in-store or in Australia as well.

REPCO 25% sitewide not bad 'AFTERPAY'
Briscoes up to 50% off is hilarious.

  • Picked up a pair of 624v5’s trainers (the classic old man white leather with blue NB logo) for $89 delivered direct from New Balance, down from $140. Very happy chappy.
