Should be 10 a max rating 100 A is a typo
Don't try plugging in something that draws 100A - it will (hopefully) blow a fuse, and if not, will be very dangerous.
If you aren't sure what this means, call in a qualified electrician.

Despite the M10 website showing the heater as 24kW, there is no way that can be right - it would draw 100A, and blow the fuse on any ring main it was plugged into.
I suspect it is meant to be 2.4kW (240V x 10A).
