In my experience, shipments made within the last week are being fulfilled to the normal timeframe. Just this morning I received a Noel Leeming order that had shipped yesterday, and I've also sent a number of parcels around the country which have arrived within two days. It seems that NZ Post are prioritising new shipments over old ones.
Beware ordering too many items, also - I ordered 11 items recently - and got 5 seperate deliveries! (It was a pain hanging around for the courier each time)
Why does it say "not applicable promotion"?
Are you trying to apply it to an oversized item?
I have not yet received an item I have ordered 12 days back. Just beware before ordering ensure it's not something you urgently need.
