I'm not sure, maybe it's for customer's who never ordered from Mad Mex through Uber Eats.
Only for people who have never placed an order on ubereats.
In my experience, Uber Eats has one of the worst loyalty schemes of them all. Even though I order now and again, never had any discounts or loyalty offers that have ever worked and never received any offers from them.
On the flip side: I've only ever ordered through them when I've been able to use a discount code
