  During the lockdown, I made my own fried chicken - also got some of that take out tegal nashville chicken…both the homemade and that tegal stuff, were far tastier than any of the KFC franchises in Wellington. So KFC can kiss me goodbye forever, until they bring back those massive hot n spicy pieces, because at least that was value for money.

    I tried that Nashville chicken too during lockdown, but found that it cooked unevenly from frozen (via oven). Did you oven it or deep fry?

      I put it in the oven, but i found doing the full hour on bake is necessary (less if fan bake) - Tastes juicy, moist - i've had one packet which was a little bit of a miss, but damn the rest of it was decent.

    man i didn't read the label those nashvilles ones were spicy! decent sized portions tho compared to kfc pieces.

      Nashville is essentially a synonym for hot :)
