I have had the same experience with kiwiwallet. I have over the $20 min cashbacks for payment confirmed but still won't let me pay it out. Messaged and got no response.
I’m glad Kiwi wallet posted somewhere we can discuss their cash backs. I have been super disappointed with a bunch of pending cash backs that mean I am “stuck” on $19.xx.
Sounds like from @HighvoltageRuss that even if I get $20 I won’t be paid out anyway!!
Are there good alternatives to Kiwi Wallet?
I've always consistently used shopback or cashrewards. Both have been decent for tracking purchases and the payouts have been smooth. I guess the only thing is you might lose out on some NZ sites and they pay you in AUD. These are probably your only other decent alternatives?
I get the money paid into my paypal account or my Australian bank account =)I have just received a reply to my message to kiwiwallet and they have sorted it out. I will now be withdrawing the cashback. So there is some good news there now.
I also received a response and they have updated my cashbacks to payable, so good outcome finally. Think I will have a look into shopback or cashrewards in the future.
Same here. Kiwiwallets customer service is appalling. No response whatsoever from their emails or support ticket system.

I have now looked into my account and found that NONE of my eBay purchases are even "Pending". The "clicks" are registered and I spent around $100 in total on several transactions - nothing has registered. So annoying as I would spend more time that I would get back in a cashback!
Has anyone here actually had their issues with Kiwiwallet resolved? I'm still hardly any further. There were (for 1 example) 3 cashbacks under the same ID and I submitted a ticket for missing cashback. It now shows as "payable" but only the lowest value of the 3 is actually now showing as payable - the other 2 are still not yet it says it is resolved in the missing cashback section!
Kiwiwallet takes absolutely forever to confirm the cashbacks, I've been waiting 8+ months for a whole load of transactions from a variety of places to be confirmed. Have emailed and messaged them and have received no response. Pretty disappointing.
