  If you are using Win10, it has a printer named "print to PDF" already.

  For advanced PDF creation, check out Bullzip free edition. Been using it for years and it's been hands down the best PDF creation tool I've ever used. It doesn't have some of the other features that this one purports to have, but it also doesn't steal your email address :)
