  I wish they didn't use Fastway, it's what puts me off having anything delivered

    It really depends on your local delivery agent. I never had any issue with fastway and some people have issues with courier post etc.

      My local ones have left parcels atop my letterbox on more than one occasion.

      I like the flexibility NZ Post allows through redirects and collection points.

        NZ post (courier post) left a box of cherries in front of my garage in the sun while someone's at home whole day.

        Not the best experience on that occasion.

    They are so mixed, the didnt follow ANY of my delivery instructions to call first etc as it was a big delivery of outdoor furniture and we have a really steep driveway etc , they didnt even tell me it was actually coming. Then it just arrived out of nowhere, no communication, exactly where I wanted it to go :) they even took the effort to carry it up onto my deck, so yeah a bit random those guys.

  Got bad experience too. Fastway left me a card even I was home the whole day. Even worst, my two parcels all have been opened when I pickup them from their agent. I only ordered several towels!
