The new 9pc combo pack is on the facebook page. Trades out the reciprocating saw / blower for the hand vacuum and hand inflator

    • $499 too, makes the deal rather….meh.

      • Yes- unfortunately heard wrong, and this kit has cheaper gear in it.

        • Yeah, definitely not as good a deal. Still alright if you're gonna be making use of the swapped in pieces.

        • Are there different quality levels within Ryobi?

          • @SrsSarcasM: Not that I am aware of. They all have the 6 year warranty, but make sure you register withing 30 days of purchase. I didnt realise this and only got 4 years. (Personally think its false advertising)
The Black friday kit has lower valued items in it.

Deal is out on Ryobi Facebook https://www.facebook.com/RyobiNZ/videos/802032890227557/?bra… not exactly the same 9 piece kit as currently in bunnings, and is $499, $400 for the garden kit

    • great will update!

  • New to electric lawn mower, anyone know how long would the mower run for each charge?

    • it depends a lot on the length and moistness of the grass. I've got a Ryobi 36V with 4aH battery, lawn is about 350m2 I think. If I'm lucky I can get it all mowed in 1 go, that's on the highest setting, maybe 20 minutes? If I mowed it more often it would probably be easier…but I'm too busy for that and obviously the weather plays a big part.
I guess the 18V with smaller aH battery wouldn't last as long. I'd love another battery but that's $250+ on its own, hoping for a sale.

      • Thanks for that! For the Ryobi deal above do you know i can only use the 4Ah for the mower and 2Ah for the blower or i can swap and mix them with no problem?

These deals are already live at the local Bunnings (Ti Rakau, Akl)
