I think its to do with the frequency of orders you make. Code worked for me in Christchurch and my mate in Auckland, we almost never order off ubereats. But I know someone who ubereats often that couldn't get the promo.

In that time I have ordered well over 20 orders in the space of 2 weeks.
I tried this code and it worked, so not 100% sure what the criteria would be other than location. (live in Auckland)
