It's an expensive device. I wouldn't risk it without proper warranty (not just RTB overseas)
Very expensive for what it is. The surface pro 4 performs better despite being 4 years old. Also three times slower than the up and coming surface pro 7 which it is "a decent alternative" for.
It's using old hardware, and lower tier chips of the old hardware, but pretending that it's equivalent to the new hardware, higher tier, of the Surface Pro 7, which is a bit misleading.
It's like saying, I'll sell you a Honda Civic (2010) for $13,000. The Honda dealer sells Honda Civics (2019 Type Rs) for $45,000. It's a great price for something exactly the same.
You can buy the equivalent generation, higher tier Surface Pro 4 on TradeMe for less.
Guessing they got an opportunity to bulk buy a bunch of old hardware and cobbled it together.
