I know these are big savings, so the first thing you might wonder is whether if these are genuine. Well I've purchased many items from their store and all of them have turned out to be genuine. Also if you have a look at OzBargain, nobody has complained about AllBuy selling fake products. WinLady, AllBuy's customer rep on OzBargain is also really helpful, responds to messages really fast and has bought trust in many OzBargainers.

From my experience with AllBuy, shipping speeds for small mall items like these are pretty good (1-2 weeks). It's mainly the items which contain batteries (e.g. power banks) that take around around a month to arrive (AllBuy claims to have changed their shipping carrier and promise those items will be delivered even quicker)

These memory card deals may not be such a big thing for Aussie's since their local stock is already cheap. But for us in NZ, we can only dream of such prices. Anyway have a look at the prices below…

Note - 5% off is for orders made with the AllBuy App. You can get it from the Apple iTunes Store here and Google PlayStore for Android here.

  • hey drax, whats the longest you've had to wait for something from allbuy? i have ordered a few things over the last month and a half and none have turned up yet, no reply to my emails and a vague response on facebook am trying to decide whether to ask paypal for my money back

    • +1

I will often just open a Paypal dispute if something hasn't arrived after that long, and if it does arrive, close the dispute, just to be safe.

    • +1

Pretty much everything I've ordered (non battery items) has arrived within 2 weeks. The only thing that took a while to arrive was the Xiaomi power bank which was close to a month. If i'm correct back then AllBuy were using Sweden Post, who took ages to deliver the shipments. They've now changed to Hong Kong post who delivers the parcels way faster than before.

With your case, since it's been over a month, I'd recommend you shoot an email addressing to the following people

[email protected] <— that's their managers email
[email protected] <— AllBuy customer rep on OzBargain (name is Awing)
[email protected] <— main customer service email

Let them know how long it's been and that you're quite unhappy with their service. I'm sure they will get back to you the same day if not the latest tomorrow.

If you don't receive a satisfying response by Monday, your best bet would be to then file a complaint with Paypal

What's the status on the tracking no. btw?

Edit: As Shaw has mentioned, open a dispute and at the same time send a message to the emails above as well

  • status for stuff is

    Sweden Posten
InTransit , Item received for processing (Direct Link, PostNord Receiving HUB)

end of last month tho and its not clear if that means received and sent or just received and… waiting around

    • Yeah after that it should say something like "Dispatched from terminal to destination country". Since it's Sweden Post and you say it was processed at the end of the month, I suspect you might be expecting sometime next week. But still send them an email just in case it doesn't arrive at all.\

Edit: here's an example of my tracking info for one of my old orders shipped by Sweden Post.

2015-04-28T11:39:00InTransit , Item received for processing (Direct Link, PostNord Receiving HUB)
2015-05-08T13:52:00InTransit , The item has been dispatched from Direct Link's international terminal for onward transport to the country of destination (MALMO UTR/MMAH,Sverige)

Once it was dispatched, i had it in the mail within 2 days.

      • Ta, i'll give it a little more time, was just hoping it'd be here this w.e. for a b'day present, and after seeing lots of people complaining on facebook was wondering if they actually sent stuff

        • +1

well whatya know, 1 was in my letterbox today and i also got a note to pick up a bigger package from post place so id say thatl b the rest

        • @Qujo: Haha sweet that's good to hear man!

  • The USB lamp isn't that much of a deal, They went for about US$1 a week ago.

    • Yeah true. I just added it in case anyone was interested since these usually retail for around $5

  • Good price for the SanDisk 16gb, 32gb MicroSD, and Xiaomi Power banks. Not sure about the others.. Especially the Samsung MicroSD, since there's not much price difference between previous deals and buying from NZ

    • Well yeah with the Samsung 16gb you might as well chip in an extra $2 and get it from your local Noel store. IMO, I think the Samsung 32gb is still a pretty good price.. It still retails $15+ in NZ stores (I'm still not that familiar with NZ pricing so correct me if I'm wrong). But for now yes the SanDisk is deffs a better deal
