Don't see any minimum spend requirement. So technically can gain some money, e.g. 5x $2 vending machine purchases gives you 5 cans of coke plus $5 net.

I think this post title is a bit misleading/misunderstood.
Looks like it's $15 cashback after using it 5 times. not $15 each time.

  Agreed. "Up to 5 times" makes no sense in the context as it's a one off cash back requiring 5 Google pay usages.

You can only qualify for the Google Pay cash back ONCE during the campaign period.
