  I have placed order with the code CHEESE which showed a free regular cheese pizza but when I pick it up they said there's no order show I have key in the code, so no free pizza.

      I checked the email they sent me, it didn't show the free pizza, also I've checked out as guest so there's no record to argue with them

        They definitely see it on their screen. Just doesn't print out on the receipt, have argued this multiple times with Pizza Hut head office. Successfully.
