Why so defensive? You're not even the merchant / retailer. It's 2019, those specs are complete garbage. Sorry, but sometimes the truth hurts. My intention wasn't to shit on the deal, just curating.
He really is right though, if you're willing to compare new with second-hand. I recently bought a mid-2012 MacBook Pro 13-inch for very similar money which got me an aluminium body not plastic, IPS display, around double the CPU performance of this, and the same RAM and HD. Though of course it was second-hand.
Well from The Warehouse, Everis 14 Inch Dual Band Notebook E2021 Cool Grey is $329.00.
Also CPU comparison on userbenchmark shows it performs better in all areas.
Kinda crappy specs for $399. You could probably find better deals for 2nd hand laptops on Trademe I presume.
