      Yup. I click on the shop now button, which takes me to the app.

        If you have clicked shop now from the Luggage Tag page and have been taken to the app then just upload a photo/photos you want to use and click continue.

  Thanks for posting. We're going on holiday soon so this was a timely accessory. For those struggling to find it it doesn't seem to be an option in their app but I've found it through the desktop site (going to link above on a PC) by going to Gifts -> Home & Office -> Accessories. Strangely the options are different through their app and the luggage tag doesn't seem to be anywhere.

    They called me . If its been a week or so then it will almost certainly be there - when I went in she had a large box of them.

    I was there to pick up another order. Asked about it, apparently my luggage tags are not ready yet, it's been weeks. :(

      I sent them an email and they told me it had been sitting there for weeks… Pretty poor service but hey, at least it's free.
