  Err… These all require you to enter the promo code emailed to you. You can't get it just by using the card.

    I did. Was cancelled fast! Have finally, successfully uncancelled - luckily hadn't cut up card.

      Mine took a month to cancel from the original request. Customer Service said there was a influx of cancellations after that email was sent out. I for one, don't trust them anymore. I found that the customer service experience was always poor with long queues, etc, and after The Warehouse Group sold off Warehouse money, I found that the cardholder deals weren't as good as they were before.
