    Yep. You have to use your Fly Buys card to get the 10c discount.

    You can (possibly) get 16c by also adding a supermarket checkout discount ticket.

  Has anyone managed to get 16c off on this sort of discount day. Can you get 10c off as well as another 6c off?

  It seems like this 10c discount offer is a Fly Buys Pumped offer that you can only get if you swipe your Fly Buys card.

  From the terms and conditions:

  "There are four types of Fly Buys Pumped Fuel Discounts:

  The “Standard Fuel Discount” is a discount of 6c per litre off the advertised pump price;
  A “Regional Fuel Discount” is a discount off the advertised pump price available at a range of sites contained within one region in New Zealand at a rate and for a period determined by the Promoter;
  The “Discount Day Fuel Discount” is a discount of 10c per litre off the advertised pump price available from time to time for a period determined by the Promoter;
  A “Special Fuel Discount” is a discount off the advertised pump price available to select customers at a rate and for a period determined by the Promoter, (together the “Fly Buys Pumped Fuel Discounts”)."

  and

  "Only one Fly Buys Pumped Fuel Discount can be applied to any qualifying Fuel purchase."

  Could you use a super-market (New World or some Pak n Save) voucher to get a further discount, 6c being most common?

    The only discount you can combine with this is a Z App discount.

  There's 10c off with your AA card at BP stations on Wednesday, 10 April as well.

  Discount is normally increased to 10cents from 6cents unless you have seperate discount voucher in Z App

  I've noticed Z having different discounts depending on the location; sometimes they have 9c, 10c 12c etc while other stores only have 6c. Last time they told me I couldn't stack the app+Flybuys so I called it quits and haven't visited any Z station since; their convoluted discounting scheme has turned me off honestly.

  with Gaspy showing NPD consistently being 20c cheaper per/L on average there's no point for me to deal with Z without competitive pricing on their part.

    If you don't visit for a while, the loyalty schemes will often send you a special offer just for your card. I haven't been to a Z station in a while, so I got an email at the beginning of the month telling me I would get a 10c discount (and 4x Fly Buys points) at Z stations every time I fuelled up during April. More usually though it's a one-off 12c discount at Z, BP, or Caltex - whichever brand I haven't been to in a while.
