  • Thanks! Great price, just got 2. Hope its not a pricing error.

  • Definately pricing error, hopefully they honor it, RRP almost $500.

  • Its supposed to be $480….I bought one anyway

    • Yeah, I've check a few deal websites and I can see almost 100 people have bought at least one with one guy buying 20. I highly doubt they have any stock left and doubt they will honor the deal.

  • Bought one earlier - hope it is honored. Some stores that used to sell it online no longer have it - perhaps its an older model and clearing limited stock? Either way price is way too low.

  • Cheers, worth a try!

  • This is a bargain - I just ordered two. Nothing in their terms and conditions seem to indicate they can't honour it.

  • Edit* Looks like there is a clause if this is a pricing error….

    • Yea, they would all include that. Let's be honest, if it is a genuine price error/mistake, the company is honest about it, and processes refunds immediately, then there is no love lost. But it rarely happens that way.

  • I can find it with a search but when I 'add to cart' I get message 'Purchase would exceed account credit limit. Please contact your account manager.' Has anyone successfully placed an order since 9:30 this morning?

  • Looks like its been relisted. $362.95 - will be very surprised if they honor existing purchases.

  • Some people have had their orders cancelled, some haven't.

My order still comes up with "In Progress"

  • Just got cancelled. They were more than happy to take the money, no refund processed, no email, no phonecall.

Advertised it at that price as a crazy long weekend deal. In Australia I'd take this to consumer affairs and the department of fair trading. What do I do in nz?

Whether its reasonable for us to expect success here or not is besides the point, jb has acted sneakily here, similar to DSE in oz. I will be informing them that they have lost my business entirely both here and in Australia if I move back.

  • They just sent me an e-mail saying my order has been cancelled and any temporary authorities if applicable will be reversed.
