        YMMV cant be sure. Last time I topped up with a promotion like this, I got my credit instantly. Though the credit does not show up in your account, it shows up once you are at the checkout area where it will let you add the $15 promotional credit provided that the item is sold by amazom.com~
        As always, if for some reason your credit doesnt show up and you would want to use it now, you could always chat to someone on amazon chat and the support will process the $15 to your account instantly instead of having to wait.
