Depends on what you buy from them. They ship these cards with china post which takes 1-2 weeks. I usually get them under 2 weeks. For larger items, they ship with that really stupid Belgium post which gets shipped from china —> Belgium —> NZ, thus taking 4-6 weeks. So your shipping time would depend on item of purchase and the method it gets shipped.
The only item I purchased from them never arrived. It was quite a performance getting a refund etc, as I had to also fill in a form with their postal company. Then NZ post contacted me and I had to fill in a form from them to say I never received it. Wasted several hours in total and ended up with nothing, although did get my refund less the currency loss. I have purchased quite a bit from china via other websites, and this is the second time the goods never came though. It would help if they had tracking that was accessible to the customer.
Mine less than 2wks, was a pleasant suprise. Normally 3wks for most of my China freepost purchases.

Yes joybuy is legit but YMMV when it comes to warranty

i bought two items from joybuy and one took 4 weeks to arrive and another took 7 weeks. really don't recommend using their free shipping.
