Received an email from Virgin Australia about cheap flights to LA departing from Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington (via Australia).
They are for travel between 1st-12th September 2018 and 1st Feb-31st March 2019 (1st-31st March 2019 for Wgtn).
The fare includes your seat, checked baggage, food and in-flight entertainment.
Not quite as cheap as a post at the start of this month but seems to be fairly flexible with travel dates.
