Yeah this is targeted, I got the email also. 10c for the non-targeted users 12c for those that got the email
But if they send the email out to all the Onecard holders, then fair to say it is non-targeted haha. They use such words to make you feel special.
True enough on the marketing to make you feel special, but not all smartfuel card holders have a registered their cards with an email. This isn't the first time smartfuel offers have been selective in users or regions

Gull sucks though. Diluted petrol. Besides, it's cheaper to go with Caltex / BP after the 10 cent discount. This isn't including AA discounts you get from other stuff, e.g. buying from Repco or Pets.co.nz or whatever.
Do you have anything to base that claim on? i always heard this in the UK and it was more smart marketing by other companies to 'neg' other cheaper companies.

10c off at Z Energy only announced after 2pm today. Must be trying to maximise profits from people who choose to fill up later in the week before the fuel tax.
Pretty sure this is targeted to your AA card. I got an email from Caltex 12 cents off for today as well, but it's only for my card.
I got 10 cents off from Caltex from Tue to Sat, so yes, it's targeted.
