  Shipping take a long time with these guys. Last time I ordered it took even longer than usual - I opened a support ticket/emailed and they never even responded to it. It's put me off ordering from them again.

    really ive bought 4 times off them they took around 2 weeks to arrive most stock comes from uk

      Usually took 3-4 weeks from my experience, last order took almost 6

  I have been using nzgameshop for a long time. I was fortunate enough that all my games arrived safely. However just like what the others said, it could take a long time for the item to arrive (6-12 working days).
  When I was lucky, the item takes just about 1 week for it to come (6 working days), but once I was unlucky enough the game did take 12 working days for it to arrive, that's almost 3 weeks.
  I once submitted a ticket because the item was arriving later than usual. The support team basically replied me that this is normal so email them again if the item hasn't arrived after 12 working days.

  Moral of the story: if you don't mind waiting, it can offer a better deal, otherwise some local shops like mightyape might be better for you.
