It says select iPhones and android phones only, surely you could spoof the model that is reported. And override any screen mirroring restrictions as that is all OS side
If you're familiar with Kodi, there is a Fan Pass Kodi add-on available that works with the mobile subscription.

Is HD quality available on the Mobile Only Pass?
No. The Mobile Only Pass only streams in SD (up to 1200 kbps)
@parlane: yeah, the Fan Pass site says it only serves SD but the Kodi add-on I linked above streams 720p as seen in this video. The add-on was demoed with a mobile only pass, wouldn't be surprised if it eventually disappears or is blocked by Sky though.
ESPN+ will be one my next KODI add-ons :D
Is this really a deal if its the normal price?
ESPN+ still region locked with dns4me.net, how you buypass. Not in services

if you are with spark you can get the full fanpass that allows casting to TV etc for $30/month.
Good deal but wow this is so overpriced
You can't chromecast,mirror cast, and the app even detects if you try a direct html hookup to a TV.
The trick here is going to be finding a larger device you can get away with running this on, or at least mirroring to the tv.
Any word on max resolution yet?
Around $4 a month for dsn4me and say $8 per month for ESPN+ will get you the rugby at around 720p ish quality.
Better quality via rugby pass, but that's more expensive.
