      I bought a Headspace subscription for a year in Jan (about $85 NZD for a year, including a 40% discount). I will definitely check this one out as well. Headspace I found is really good as it is structured in a way that encourages you to do it daily, and you can choose different 'Packs' for different issues you may be going through. There is a general repetition after you learn a lot of the basics, and after doing the packs you would learn enough that you do not need to continue to subscription and continue by yourself.
