    I checked my email and received the same offer from AMEX. The email link seems to be unique to your card/account so useless to anyone else.

          @neil: tried a few different ways. my sister's link from the email is this and it's unique. I changed the last few digits and it registers a card that I do not know whose card is associated to it. Tried looking through account numbers but it does not represent anything with the link's number.

          My sister received the email, however, I did not. Sad days ahead =(

        Where does it say targeted? Also it seems open to all AMEX holders but we didn't get informed by AMEX
