one way sale… pathetic as rarely would someone book one way!

is the san fran price a good deal though as im not too familiar with prices to the US

  Assuming one way to san fran for 549, a return would be 1000+…
  Air NZ gives return flights to US for under 1000 often enough that id only go on this deal if those were the dates i actually wanna travel on. They had flights for under 800 return before too so it really depends on time.

  The cheapest you usually see a LAX/SFO fare is about $800-900 return but often these have limited travel dates. $1000-1300 return is a fairly typical special depending on the airline. $1400-1800 is your normal pricing, again depending on the dates and airline.
  
  New York $699 one way is a good price, and the return fare is actually cheaper at $685, for a total of $1382 which makes it a pretty great deal.
  
  There are actually some return specific fares in there too - $638 Beijing Return, $784 Bali and Jakarta Return, $1649 London Return.
