    I assume your price includes import tax + custom fees since your price excluding tax is $555 AUD?
    Or is your price 653.40NZD (555AUD + Australia 10% GST) and then when it arrives in NZ we will have to pay extra 15% + $50 customs fee?

      No, because you are in NZ when you go to the checkout and change the shipping country you will not have to pay GST. Also, all Taxes and customs are covered in the fee we pay to DHL for delivering the goods.

        Let's hope so. IIRC DHL has very high brokerage fees if customs gets involved, and this is NZ$400+ product which will attract NZ GST on arrival.

          We have sent a few Xiaomi Electric Scooters to NZ recently and our customers in NZ have not had to pay tax or any import fees on the product, so you should not have to worry.

We have solved much of the supplier issues that originally caused those early delays and now the majority of our customers receive their products on time. Our after sales service and support has been recommended by many.

      At least with this robot's smarts it would have spread it in a zig zag pattern so all of the carpet would have looked the same. :) This is something that is hard to avoid with all robot vacuum cleaners, however you can use the optional virtual wall to block off pet areas.
