      is this model good enough to buy though? It has just 1 jug and the blades are in the jug (making it more difficult to clean)

        I think the value for money for this particular model is amazing, the cheapest I've ever seen it before is $115 and I think it is usually around the $149 mark. Consider the similar looking Vitamix at Harvey Norman is currently going for $899

        And that is only 1200 watts, you could buy 10 of the Kogan ones. And you could always pay a little bit extra for 5 year warranty (only $19 extra) if you wanted piece of mind and still be much cheaper than anything comparable.

    I had looked at this blender a year or so ago, and there was an issue in some reviews, however I read they had recalled and updated the problem, so hopefully the new blender is better now.
