      Just used the chat function on their website asking if it was online only. You can go in store and buy, but you need to produce the shareholder letter.

      I might go try it and just state I only wrote the code down.

        Used the code today in store. Just said I was a shareholder and she didn’t know about it but asked another lady that said “Just Hit F1 then F9 - shareholder discount” and it worked. Nobody mentioned a letter.

    I just bought a bbq for 599 from Warehouse and noticed today on this 20% and checked it is $120 off with this. :(

          you can always disassemble it and then return it. If thats not too much trouble for you. Personally I think the $120 savings would be worth it though

          Yes, $120 means a lot to me too personally. But I have dumped all the packing as well. Still, why they can't amend their system and give me the discount, otherwise, it is like, taking the disassembled item back to warehouse and refund it and bring the same item again. I have emailed the customer service, will see what they say.

          @eranda: I’d do what @rkl said - buy a new BBQ at $120 off, the exact same one as you already bought, then take your receipt for the old BBQ, grab that new box, and return it. They don’t have unique identifying numbers, so won’t be able to tell the difference as long as it’s the same BBQ model etc.

          You don’t need to disassemble your old one, just keep that with your new receipt for warranty purposes. I’ve done similar before. I guess the lesson here is not to buy unless on sale! Good luck!

          Thanks, that's a great idea, never thought it before. Anyway I went to the store told the whole story, the sales person called the manager and he said to give me the discount, so received $120 back. Yeah.

        I had the same question, first I bought the Jumbuck 4 burner $499 one and it had damages in the firebox, and I didn't like it's quality and returned So then bought the Gascraft Laguna 4 burner, compared to Jumbuck one this one's quality seems high, not sure how it perform when cooking food though. I was fade up with bbq shopping, so ended up with this one.

          Right yeah even I didn't hear great things about jumbuck. I ended up ordering the gascraft Hampton 4 burner. Build quality appears to be decent when I had a look in store.
