Interested in this type of deal, if a black Friday sony camera for 800 or 600 minus UK tax, what would happen if it did get shipped here? Would it be a pricey import?

  err lol its usually + 15% GST on total cost + $50 Entry Fee for items that have a total cost above $400NZD

    Yep, fees above and usually 2.5% credit card conversion fee if you use credit card so it does add up once you consider all costs. But if it significantly cheaper :) go for it.. but usually if small difference just get local as warranty is worth the peace of mind.
