        • I believe that this is probably just a coincidence. OP has provided credit to the original deal, which has resulted in a vote or two on that deal. They have also taken a photo in store, suggesting that it was an impromptu decision to snap and share the deal on the spot.

          We allow deals to be posted based on other promotions and deals. Case in point would be an eBay deal where there are thousands of deals with 1 code. Unless they were posted for the exact same listing, they would be allowed to stay.

          I think you both found a good deal, he decided to post it, you didn't. That's fine, just know that if you'd wanted to, there was nothing stopping it being posted or reason to be removed.

          Please also reconsider the use of the negative vote in this instance. The report function would be the way to go if you believe a deal is a duplicate.

        • @Shaw: I find that future deals and long-running deals can easily be forgotten as they fall out of the front page. IMO future deals should be bumped back up to the top when it's on, and long-running deals should be bumped when requested, if there's a substantial change.

          We do have a "highlight" system, where a deal from the past can be pushed back to the top of the front page. We prefer to use it sparingly though, to prevent the front page being loaded with older deals.

          If an OP or user requests a particular deal be highlighted, then we usually do it. We just don't get asked much.

          Look at this deal here with the comment I have made that the warehouse has it for $68, and look at this deal that you would have claimed to be "stolen". I did not go whining about it, in fact I have given Nachos the OP an upvote.

          Really, I have not seen your comment in that deal before as I do not subscribe to them. I simply saw a good deal in store and thought hey, what a bargain! Thus sharing it with the community.

  • I bought 5 boxes of these 2 weeks ago at $12.50. Sadly all the chocolates pretty much gone (Cheery Ripes anyone?)

    Just bought another 5 boxes - this time the chocolates have been put away - out of sight, out of mind

    Anyone getting an error message when clicking on the link in the email to get the voucher?

  • This wasn't working for me today (Sunday 27th Aug)! Even after trying incognito tabs, another device, and another browser. Has it expired?

  • I've claimed it and had no problems filling in the form and entering the code. I got my confirmation email and then the followup email with the link to the voucher. That's when I get the error message which says:

    Oops…

    There has been an error retrieving your eGift Card. Please try again in 24 hours.

    If you still receive this error after 24 hours please contact us on 1300 737 968 or [email protected]

    Will try again tomorrow

    • Right. If it's the email link that isn't working, then it'll be an issue at their end. Don't worry, I'm sure it'll come through just fine.

    • I suggest getting in touch with them. Either way I'm sure you'll receive it. As mentioned, I've claimed one and received the ticket within 30mins which I had already printed.

        • @dealsgalore: must be event cinema specific! Anyways, get in touch with them and I'm sure they'll respond back within a week. Btw, my ticket expires in March 2018 so I'm sure you'll have something similar. :)

  • I emailed them earlier today morning and haven't had an answer yet…Will post an update as soon as I get a reply.
