Anyone having issues claiming this? I got two emails (the same one in duplicate) saying I gave the wrong serial number but I definitely gave the right one.

  did you list the full SN or just the last 9 characters(some reason they only require the last 9 according to the form)

    Yeah I gave them just the last 9 characters. I replied to the email with the serial again and also with a photo of the full serial number. Will see what happens next

      Brother are usually pretty good to deal with, hopefully the photo gets it sorted for you
