Yes i regularly get higher than 50%'s but i also have over 20k codes.
regularly, as in you get several of the 100% off? Seems legit considering there's 3
I've gotten it twice. I use a combination of catch-all/disposable emails along with a basic python script. Test the codes against some $99 shoes to figure out the discount %. I'm in Japan now so haven't run it in around 6 months.

Edit2: I'm not sure if you're aware but they have been running the competition every few months for over 2 years. My sample size is pretty huge at this point.
@LiQuidAce: I thought you were trying to say that you regularly get one's above 50% (as in not just the 100%), which would be impossible considering they only have %,%,%,%, 50% and 100%. I know it has run many times, although I wouldn't consider twice as "regularly". Just my opinion though :)
Ah right yeah my bad on the wording. I have a breakdown of codes ive harvested. It's something like 60% are 30% (discount) with it tapering off super quickly. Less than 10% of the codes being above a 45% discount.

All 45% has been used it seems.
i just tested some of them and they still seem to work those 45% off codes, when putting the code in try copy and paste it but also remember the discount doesnt apply to already discount clothing
